Abstract
PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh is a monopoly company that focuses on increasing production, quality and equitable distribution of frozen edamame in local and export markets. Competition between local soybeans and frozen edamame is a challenge for companies to be able to compete and market frozen edamame products. This research aims to analyze internal and external factors and make strategy recommendations for companies to increase sales of edamame products using the SWOT and QSPM methods. The research results show that PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh has internal factors that have potential and are of particular concern, namely that frozen edamame is only produced and cultivated in Indonesia by PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh while external factors can be in the form of increasing the product distribution network. The company is in quadrant I position and is advised to focus on market development. The TAS score calculation using the QSPM method has the highest value of 0.83, namely improving facilities and optimizing production machines to meet market demand.
