Abstract
Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are directly related to behavior OCB. The level of OCB behavior in employees can be felt by employees through the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Employees who feel satisfied with his work and has a high commitment to the organization will often give rise to OCB behavior in the organization. This research was conducted on civil servants at the City Transportation Department Surabaya. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and Organizational commitment to OCB behavior in civil servants Surabaya City Transportation. This research is included in the type of quantitative research. Using a saturated sampling procedure, 60 employees were recruited as the sample size for this study. This research includes interviews and questionnaire to collect data. SmartPLS version 4 is an analytical tool that used. The research findings are as follows: 1) Job satisfaction has an influence positive towards OCB of civil servants of the Surabaya City Transportation Department; and 2) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on OCB of civil service employees Surabaya City Transportation.
