Abstract
The rapid progress and development of digital commerce has driven changes to traditional practices into an environment that has become the basis for the emergence of a new shopping model, called online to offline. Smartphone food ordering apps include real-time access, making it quick and easy for busy users to get food, and also offer options from a variety of restaurants, such as online ordering, pick-up and delivery at the customer's location. This research was conducted to find out and understand how Mobile Food Ordering App Attrubutes and service quality can influence repurchase interest on the ShopeeFood application in the city of Surabaya. This research used quantitative descriptive techniques and was analyzed using Partial Last Square (PLS) with a questionnaire given to the 126 samples used who were residents of Surabaya City who were at least 17 years old and had used and had purchased the ShopeeFood application at least once via Googleform. The research results show that the variables Mobile Food Ordering App Attrubutes and quality have a significant influence on repurchase intention.
