Abstract
In running a business or enterprise, various types of resources are definitely needed, such as capital, materials, and humans. Human Resources are one of the important assets in management to become the main center in running an organization. In this case, the company will understand that employees are very valuable capital. One way for companies to get productivity from employees is by maintaining employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of career development, work discipline, and work environment on the job satisfaction of organic employees of PT. Pelindo Sub Regional III Java in Surabaya. This study determined a sample of 50 people using proportional random sampling techniques. This research method uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that career development, work discipline, and work environment have an influence on the job satisfaction of organic employees.
