Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of leadership variables and and compensation on employee performance in PT Utama Jaya Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. Questionnaire used to collect data, The population in this study were employees and managers with a Employees and leaders with a sample of 47 respondents, and using the Smart PLS software analysis tool. Data collection was conducted using techniques interviews, observations, and distribution of questionnaires. Data testing techniques included Validity and reliability tests, R-squared and bootstrapping hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Utama Jaya Mandiri.
