Abstract

The Body Shop is a beauty brand that is known for its concern for the environment. However, from 2019 to 2023. There was a decline in The Body Shop. This decline is clearly caused by a number of variables. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Perception influence consumer decisions to purchase goods at The Body Shop in Surabaya City. The population in this study were people domiciled in Surabaya who had purchased and also used The Body Shop products. This study used a quantitative method with 115 respondents collected by purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique is determined by certain criteria in the sample. The analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that brand image, product quality, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase The Body Shop products in Surabaya.
