Abstract
Currently, the development of coffee in Indonesia has increased quity rapidly, the activity of drinking coffee has become a routine that is popular with almost all groups, both teenagers and adult. Coffee is now not just a way to relieve sleepiness, but has become a lifestyle where coffee shops have become a very popular gathering place. This research aims to find out the influence between Service Quality (X1) and Store Atmosphere (X2) on Customer Loyalty (Y) at the KIG Gresik Coffee Pit-Stop. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data processing techniques using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research sample in this study consisted of 108 respondents, namely Pit-Stop Coffee customers. The research result show that Service Quality and Store Atmosphere have a positive effect on Customer Loyalty.
