Abstract
This study aims to test the effect of skills, work attitudes, and work stress on the performance of employees in the medical service sector at the Haji Hospital, East Java Province. This type of research uses a quantitative method using Smart PLS Software. This study uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled. Data were collected through interviews and distributing questionnaires to 47 respondents. Testing techniques in this study include validity, reliability, R-Square and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that skills and work attitudes, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the medical service sector at the Haji Hospital, East Java Province.
