Abstract
ABSTRACT The current development of the business world has a major impact on Indonesia's economic growth, one of the important factors in doing business is that it can be seen from its human resources. Human resources play a key role in the overall operation of the company. Without adequate human resource support, the company's performance cannot be optimal. Therefore, employee performance must continue to be considered so that the company's performance continues to improve. Employee performance can be seen from the aspects of work discipline and work experience for its employees. This study aims to find out and examine the influence of work discipline and work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesia Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Main Branch Surabaya. The method used in this study is quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The population and sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 46 employees of PT. Indonesia Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Main Branch Surabaya. The analysis technique uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. Work discipline and work experience contribute to each other or influence each other's employee performance at PT. Indonesia Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Main Branch Surabaya. So that this involvement is expected to have a good impact on employee performance in the future so that the company grows. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Experience, Employee Performance
