Abstract

The rapid advancement of fintech applications has highlighted the importance of understanding user satisfaction for continuous service improvement. This study aims to leverage the power of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques to extract user satisfaction data from Flip.id, a leading fintech platform in Indonesia. The study begins by identifying various data sources within the application that provide insights into user interactions, feedback, and behavior patterns. Utilizing the ETL process, raw data from these sources is first extracted, then transformed into a standardized format, ensuring consistency and reliability. Finally, the transformed data is loaded into a centralized repository for comprehensive analysis. Initial results show a significant relationship between user satisfaction levels and certain application features. Additionally, the ETL techniques proved efficient in handling large volumes of data, ensuring an effective process from extraction to loading. Insights gained from the processed data offer actionable recommendations for enhancing the user experience on Flip.id. In conclusion, applying ETL techniques to extract user satisfaction data can provide valuable insights for fintech applications, aiding in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the platform's sustainable growth and success.
