Abstract

The satisfaction of each employee at work affects the performance of each employee. If satisfaction increases, productivity will also increase, while when satisfaction decreases, the level of performance of employees also experiences the same thing. In accordance with this, the purpose of this study is to explain and also analyze the effect of job satisfaction of each employee on the performance of each employee at PT Prasojo Jaya Bersama Indonesia. This research is categorized as quantitative research with descriptive methods so that whatever the results of this research will be explained in descriptive tables and more complete explanations. The population of this study were those who worked at the PT as many as 58 people so that the sample studied was based on the population of 58 people. The analysis technique used simple linear regression because it has only two variables. For this reason, the results show that the satisfaction of each employee has a positive and significant effect on the performance of each employee. Even the two variables have a very strong relationship, namely 75.3% correlated with the performance of employees. While 56.7% affects the performance of employees and these two results have a strong influence and relationship.
