Abstract
Humans are viewed as social beings with significance in organizational settings. Amidst the rapidly accelerating globalization, business entities face increasingly intense competition to maintain their existence. Consequently, the focus on sustaining and advancing corporations lies in enhancing the quality of personnel to achieve success. However, the journey towards success often encounters various obstacles, particularly those related to employee performance. Several aspects that potentially influence employee performance include competence, work discipline, and workplace facilities. This study involved 38 production employees. A saturated sampling method was applied, where the entire population was included as respondents. Participant responses were measured using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 for each statement in the survey instrument. Primary data collected from workers were processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software, then analyzed to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The analysis results revealed that competence positively influences employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive impact on employee performance. Additionally, workplace facilities contribute positively to employee performance. High competence enhances demonstrated performance. Likewise, improved work discipline contributes to enhanced performance, and the availability of adequate facilities can expedite work processes.
