Abstract
Public sector accounting has experienced rapid development to create transparent and accountable information and data. So the government participates in the Open Government Partnership through Open Government Data in the form of the “Open Data” portal which is implemented in every province in Indonesia, one of which is East Java province. This research aims to determine the influence of public attitudes, transparency, trust in the government, and intrinsic motivation whether they influence the public’s intention to use Open Government Data. This research method uses quantitative methods with the data source, namely primary data through distributing questionnaires. The result of this research indicate that community attitudes have no influence on people’s intentions to use Open Government Data. Meanwhile, transparency, trust in government, and intrinsic motivation influence people’s intention to use Open Government Data.
