Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation, workload, and work stress on the performance of Alfamart employees. The research location is the Alfamart in the Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya. This study falls into the category of associative research with a quantitative approach. The researcher used a saturated sample of 44 employees from the Alfamart in the Gunung Anyar area, Surabaya. The population is spread across 6 Alfamart stores. In analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable with the greatest influence on performance is workload. The data analysis results in SPSS are as follows: 1) work motivation, workload, and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Alfamart employees in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, 2) work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of Alfamart employees in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, 3) workload partially has a significant effect on the performance of Alfamart employees in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, 4) work stress partially has an insignificant effect on the performance of Alfamart employees in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya.
