Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and prove the influence between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Intellectual Capital (IC) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm value. This research is included in quantitative research with GCG and IC as independent variables, CSR and firm value as dependent variables. The population in this study are transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the IDX in the 2021-2022 period and there are 38 companies. The sample determination used purposive sampling method and there were 26 companies that met the requirements. The research analysis used the PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the WarpPLS7.0 software test tool. The results showed that GCG and IC variables only affect CSR and have no effect on firm value. In addition, CSR also has no effect on firm value.
