Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of the independent variable Work Discipline, Motivation, Compensation on the dependent variable Employee Performance at CV. Diandra Putra Pratama Surabaya City. This type of research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling which is all members of the population used as samples, totaling 30 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline, Motivation, Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance of 4.107 > 2.98. Partially, the Work Discipline variable has a positive effect and has no significant effect on Employee Performance by 0.611 < 2.056; Motivation variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance by 2.174 > 2.056; and the Compensation variable has a negative effect and has no significant effect on Employee Performance by -0.258 < 2.056.
