Abstract

The research population includes 1006 business units in Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) of Surabaya City which are registered with the Surabaya City Government. There is a way to collect samples, namely by using non-probability sampling, totaling 74 samples. Obtaining research data is primary data using survey questions. Analysis to manage data results uses the Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) 26 program. This research shows the positive influence of E-commerce, QRIS, and Capital Loans as independent variables on increasing income. So, this research can be a reference to support aspects of increasing MSME income in developing their businesses and for academics who want to open a business, this research can provide a reference for increasing knowledge about technology and capital which are very important for business sustainability.
