Abstract
The formation of employee performance depends on how an existing organizational climate is in a company, the organizational commitment that employees have towards an organization, and the self-efficacy that is in the employee. This study aims to 1) determine the effect of organizational climate, organizational commitment, and self efficacy on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of organizational climate, organizational commitment, and partial self-efficacy on employee performance. The populations of this study was 343 employees. The research sample this study was 185 employees, using disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. This research data collection technique using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that empirically the variables of organizational climate, organizational commitment, self efficacy simultaneously affect employee performance. Meanwhile, the partial testing of organizational climate and selfefficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, partially for the variable organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Airport Surabaya.
