Abstract
Eco-Enzyme is a liquid produced through the fermentation of various fruit or vegetable waste, with the addition of brown sugar or molasses and water in a predetermined ratio. This liquid has numerous benefits, both in daily life and specifically in the agricultural sector. The Eco Enzyme Education House is one of the educational centers located in Surabaya, focusing on educating the public, particularly Surabaya residents, about the production and benefits of Eco Enzyme. The Eco Enzyme Education House oferrs various processed Eco Enzyme products that are beneficial for body care. However, the packaging they have is not yet attracting consumers, so a change in packaging is needed to increase consumer attraction. This plan uses a qualitative research method with three stages: field observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions with consumers who use the "Hayuning" processed Eco Enzyme products. By using these three stages, a concept design can be developed, which is supported by the keywords "Natural and Safe Products," which can represent the processed Eco Enzyme products themselves. In this plan, the already designed packaging aims to increase the attractiveness of the processed Eco Enzyme products and serve as a promotional tool for the Eco Enzyme processed products to be better known by the general public, both consumers and potential consumers
