Abstract

Fa_al.store is aimicro, small, andimedium enterpriseii(MSME) iiengaged in selling socks through both online and offline channels. In its operational process, inventory management and sales recording are still carried outiimanually, which makes it difficult for the business owner to track product availability, evaluate sales performance, and generate periodic reports. Thisiresearchiiaims to designiiand develop a web-based sales information systemiithat facilitates sales transaction recording, product inventory control, customer and promotion data management, and structured sales reporting. Theiisystem development followsithe Waterfall model, iwhich includes theiistages of requirementsiianalysis, systemiidesign, implementation, and testing. On the frontend, the ReactJS framework was utilized to build an interactive user interface, while the ExpressJS framework was implemented on the backend to manage business logic and database communication. The system is also integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to support secure and efficient online transactions. The testing phase employed the iiUseriiAcceptance Testing (UAT) method, andithe results showed thatithe system successfully met user functional requirements. With a user acceptance rate of 94.2%, the findings indicate that the developed system is feasible for use and can effectively enhance business operations for entrepreneurs.
