Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees PT. HR Wijaya Gresik. This research uses quantitative methods. Data from this research were obtained from questionnaires. The population and sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents, with data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and multiple linear regression analysis as well as hypothesis testing using the F test and T test. The results of the f test hypothesis show that the work discipline variable has a calculated f greater than f table, namely 27,775 > 3.99 and a significant value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, then work discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and have a positive influence and have a significant effect on employee performance. The t test shows that t count is 3.153 > t table 1.670 and the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the independent variable work discipline and the dependent variable employee performance, t count 5.115 > t table 1.670 and the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the independent variable work motivation and the dependent variable employee performance.
