Abstract
Population administration is a crucial matter as it pertains to citizens' identity. However, in reality, many people still complain about the services related to population administration, such as perceived overly complicated processes, long waiting times, and lengthy processing. With the occurrence of complaints and issues, as well as innan effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Jombang District has created an innovation in accelerating population administration services through the "Enjoying Queuing & Easy Online Services" (Ning Yaonah) program. With the Ning Yaonah application, the processing of population administration documents can be done anywhere online. The purpose of this research isnto describe and analyze the effectiveness of the "Ning Yaonah" application innovation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation approaches. This research refers to the research focus on effectiveness according to Gibson Ivancevich Donnelly (2003), namely production, efficiency, satisfaction, adaptation, and innovation development. The results of the research show that the Ning Yaonah application is effective for the people of Jombang, as they can make requests anytime and anywhere.
