Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of capital structure, corporate social responsibility, and sales growth on firm value, with the moderating impact of company size. The research method employs a quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 26 companies out of the 84 population of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2022, determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research data comprises secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the official website of IDX and the respective companies. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and CSR have a positive and significant influence on firm value, sales growth does not affect firm value, company size weakens the influence of capital structure on firm value, and company size is unable to moderate the impact of corporate social responsibility and sales growth on firm value.
