Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effects of profitability, company size, and corporate social responsibility on the firm value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data and a multiple linear regression analysis model. The population of this research consists of 81 companies in the property and real estate sector, with a sample determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 15 sample companies over a 4-year period, yelding 60 data samples. SPSS software is used as a tool for this research analysis, and books, journals, and internet sites are sources of data collected through literature and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on the firm value of property and real estate companies. However, company size and corporate social responsibility do not affect the firm value of property and real estate companies for the period 2019-2022.
