Abstract

This research was conducted by the author at Nonik Cafe in Tulungagung City. The aim of this study is to understand the business strategy that will be implemented by Nonik Cafe in Tulungagung, by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the strategy. The research method employed is qualitative research, utilizing the SWOT matrix to integrate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the company's marketing strategy, proposing 13 alternative strategies, namely SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, and WT strategy. Based on the SWOT analysis results, it is expected to develop an effective business strategy to enhance sales turnover at Nonik Cafe Tulungagung. This process provides in-depth insights into internal and external factors that can influence the company's performance. The strategies derived from this research are expected to provide better guidance for Nonik Cafe in facing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities in the local Tulungagung market.
