Abstract

This research will focus on SIPEKA (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perusahaan) using a combination of two SPK methods, namely Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to determine employee bonus recipients at CVNAWASENA BUMI PERSADA. The stages carried out in the research consist of: on needs analysis, data collection, system design, implementation system, and system testing. The SWARA method is used in the process criteria data weighting, while the SMART method is used in the process employee ranking. Some of the data needed in research is datacriteria, sub-criteria data, alternative data, and assessment data which can later be done produces the final value of the calculation result. The research results show that SIPEKA has successfully implemented a combination of two methods and can be used by the company in supporting the decision to provide employee bonuses. Testing SIPEKA to assess effectiveness in using the system using SUS The average score obtained was 85.7, including grade A according to the criteria very good and the results of system accuracy testing using comparison manual calculations with SIPEKA to assess the reliability of system recommendations A total accuracy result of 95% was obtained.
