Abstract
The thesis with the title "Application of Promotional Strategies to Increase Sales of Holycow! Steakhouse by Chef Afit Surabaya” was written by Syahwa Ramadhan, NPM 20042010239, supervisor Dr. Acep Samsudin, S. Sos., MM., MA. The research in this thesis has the aim of establishing the right promotional strategy for Holycow! Steakhouse by Chef Afit Surabaya in increasing sales. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at Holycow! Steakhouse by Chef Afit Surabaya. The subjects of this research are owners, employees and consumers. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis using a promotional mix. The results of the descriptive research analysis explain that the strategies used to carry out promotions are by implementing a promotional mix, namely in advertising activities via social media Instagram, Twitter and WhatsApp; then individual sales activities through face-to-face sales with consumers; sales promotion activities by providing discounts, buy one get one free, customer loyalty; public relations through collaboration with Nestle or Coca – Cola; as well as direct marketing through friendly service and according to SOP. By implementing a promotional mix in Holycow's promotional strategy! Steakhouse by Chef Afit can consistently influence sales levels. Keywords: Promotion Strategy, Promotion Mix
