Abstract
This study was aimed to identify the partnership pattern between coffee farmers and Pondok Pesanten Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany, factors that affect the performance of coffee farmers, and strategies for developing the human resources of coffee farmers in Tugusari Village. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method with the criteria that coffee farmers partner with Ihya'us Sunnah Islamic Boarding School. Respondents was taken amounted to 34 respondents. The Quantitative approach used the SEM-PLS Method, while qualitative used descriptive methods, SWOT analysis and QSPM. The partnership between coffee farmers and the Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School is an agribusiness operational cooperation (KOA) pattern approach and a general trade partnership pattern. The constraints of the partnership between coffee farmers in Tugusari Village and the Islamic Boarding School are that coffee farmers in Tugusari Village experience crop failure. human resources of coffee farmers apply a bonded system. There are criteria for coffee that can be sold to pengijon or middlemen, namely having the best quality coffee, and must be red petih. Then the pengijon or middlemen sell the coffee back to the Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School. In addition, farmers also do the original picking or not picking red. Factors affecting the performance of coffee farmers through partnerships with Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School are agreements in partnerships between coffee farmers and Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School, technical guidance and product marketing guidance to coffee farmers in Tugusari Village. While the tool assistance provided by the Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School to coffee farmers in Tugusari Village does not affect the performance of coffee farmers. There are 5 strategies for developing the human resources of coffee farmers in the partnership pattern with the Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School.
