Abstract
Fintech companies in Indonesia that operate in the investment sector are experiencing several challenges due to viral applications under the guise of investment that deceive the public, however there is a mutual fund investment application that is still widely used in Indonesia, especially in the city of Surabaya which is called bibit owned by PT Bibit Tumbuh Bersama. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the behavior (Behavioral Intention) of bibit users domiciled in Surabaya. This thesis uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) theoretical model from Bajunaied k, Hussin N, and Kamarudin S with 11 variables, namely Performance Hope. Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Risk, Privacy Concerns, Privacy inhibitor, Information Richness, Trust, Privacy Enabler and Behavioral Intention. NonProbability sampling technique with Purposive Sampling type is used. The number of samples obtained in this thesis is 400 bibit users domiciled in Surabaya. The thesis data that has been obtained is then explained using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3 software Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions because they had a positive value and had (p value < 0.05), while Privacy Inhibitors and Privacy Enablers were not significant because they had a value of ( p value > 0.05).
