Abstract

The success of the company in implementing performance based on the performance of human resources. In an organization of human resources plays an important role in carrying out its functions, such as a regulator, the management and care of human resources with well - good as possible. By carrying out these functions. Expected output is produced in accordance with the company's goals. In this study, researchers purpose; First, to determine and analyze the partial effect X1 variable to variable Y. Second, to determine and analyze the partial effect to variable Y. X2 third, to determine and analyze the partial effect X3 variable to variable Y. Fourth, to identify and analyze the simultaneous effect variables X1, X2, X3 to variable Y. From the research conducted, it was found 125 population of people in accordance with the sampling technique (Stastified Proportion Random Sampling) and using the formula Slovin, so sample gained some 95 people and ɑ = 5% level. Techniques used for the measurement variables, using the technique of questionnaire. While the methods of analysis and testing of hypothesis, researchers used F test (simultaneous), T test (partial), coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis. From the research simultaneously that: Work Environment (X1) work motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) significantly affects employee performance (Y). Partially, Working Environment (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work In This Discipline is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Green World Wide Panutan Sidoarjo.
