Abstract

The research conducted has the aim to determine the influence of Job Compensation (X1), Burnout (X2), and Embeddedness (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. PAL Indonesia in Surabaya. This kind of study employs a quantitative methodology and is associative in nature. The research analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, and the target population consists of all employees of PT. PAL Indonesia in Surabaya. A sample of 94 respondents is obtained using a simple random sampling technique. The results of this research show that the variables Job Compensation (X1), Burnout (X2), and Embeddedness (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) as evidenced by the calculated Fvalue which is greater than Ftable. Partial testing of Job Compensation (X1) and Embeddedness (X3) variables has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). While the Burnout (X2) variable has an insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Compensation, Burnout, and Embeddedness
