Abstract

Backround: In the business transformation, human resource management plays a crucial role. A company needs an effective resource management system to achieve superior employee performance. Educourse.id, a part of PT. Maleo Edukasi Teknologi, offers STEAM training in line with Indonesia's Industry 4.0. However, there is a discrepancy in supporting employee performance. This study examines the impact of Workload, Job Stress, and Work Environment at PT. Maleo Edukasi Teknologi (Educourse.id). Research Method: The study employs a quantitative methodology with a population of 40 employees, all taken as samples. A saturated sample approach is used; data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Result and Discussion: Workload has a negative and significant impact on employee performance (t-value -4.614 > t-table 2.028, significance 0.000). Job Stress has a negative but significant impact (t-value -2.141 > t-table 2.028, significance 0.039). Work Environment has a positive but not significant impact (tvalue 0.459 < t-table 2.028). The F-test accepts H0 at a significance level of 0.05 (F-value 19.967 > F-table 2.87, significance 0.000). Conclusion: There is a negative and significant influence of Workload on employee performance, (2) Job Stress has a negative but not significant impact on employee performance, (3) Work Environment has a positive but not significant impact on employee performance, and (4) Overall, Workload, Job Stress, and Work Environment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT. Maleo Edukasi Teknologi employees (Educourse.id).
