Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 8 Surabaya. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative methode. The population in this research are employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 8 Surabaya and used proportional stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the variables leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and compensation (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the calculated F value which is greater than F table. The variables leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and compensation (X3) partially have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of this research confirm the results of research by Bahrudin & Iryanti (2023) which stated that significant positive results were obtained regarding employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia by the Leadership Style, Work Culture and Compensation that developed at the company.
