Abstract

Lasvegas Store Gresik Branch is a business that operates in the electronics sector as a research object. The purpose of this research is to determine marketing strategies using the marketing mix to increase sales targets at the Lasvegas Store, Gresik Branch. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using the SWOT analysis method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation carried out by researchers in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using the SWOT analysis method in the company. Lasvegas Gresik Branch Store. Based on this research, the IFAS and EFAS results were obtained which showed strengths with a score of 2.5625 and weaknesses with a score of 0.5. Meanwhile, the EFAS results show opportunities with a score of 1.8 and threats with a score of 1.06666667. Based on the SWOT Analysis diagram, the Lasvegas Store Gresik Branch shows that in quadrant I it uses an aggressive strategy, namely the company has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities so that the strategy that can be implemented is to support aggressive growth policies (Growth Oriented Strategy) to increase sales targets at the Lasvegas Store Gresik Branch.
