Abstract
Resignation refers to a person's voluntary step to relinquish or withdraw from a position or responsibility, such as a job, title, or organization. The reasons behind a resignation can vary, and the decision may be influenced by personal or professional factors. Several situations in the business world indicate that there is pressure or coercion involved in the resignation process carried out in the interests of the company. Please note that basically, the decision to resign is a personal decision, and each person has different conditions and motivations, without any influence or pressure from other parties. This process should be implemented judiciously, including providing adequate notice to superiors and co workers, and making a smooth transition to minimize the impact on the job and work environment. This research uses normative law (normative law research) which can be concluded as the act of studying various kinds of formal legal rules such as laws. This research method involves two main approaches, namely the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The first approach involves a thorough analysis of all laws and regulations related to the legal issue under study. The results of this research provide an understanding of legal protection and legal steps that can be taken by workers who face pressure in the resignation process in their work environment. So that with this protection and legal action, it will be easier for workers to accept and take the rights they should get from the company.
