Abstract
ASN Belajar Seri is an ASN Competency Development Knowledge Sharing Activity Program held via ZOOM video conference which is attended by all State Civil Apparatus both in the East Java Provincial Government and other Central / Regional Governments which has the aim of fulfilling the ASN Professionalism Index because one of its dimensions is the fulfillment of 20 hours of lessons for employees in one year as stated in the Circular Letter of Coaching, Mentoing and Self-Study (CMB). This study aims to determine the improvement of Competence and Work Quality through Knowledge Sharing (ASN Learning Series) on Employee Performance at the ESDM Service of East Java Province. This research is quantitative by collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires to 74 respondents who have participated in the ASN Belajar Seri program. The sampling technique used saturated sampling which is included in non probability sampling and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of the analysis in the study showed that 1) Competence is able to contribute to improving employee performance. 2) Work quality is able to contribute to improving employee performance. 3) Competence is able to contribute to improving employee performance through Knowledge Sharing. 4) Quality of work has not been able to contribute in improving employee performance through Knowledge Sharing.
