Abstract
The development of information technology over time is increasing rapidly with a variety of new tools and technologies that are continuously being discovered to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of human activities. There are government hospital agencies that see opportunities for the development of information technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of internal hospital activities that are useful for facilitating and speeding up electronic correspondence processes, namely the Haji Regional General Hospital in East Java Province with SISMADU. SISMADU is an electronic correspondence application, starting from letters received at the General/TU section to the related unit and facilitating electronic correspondence. The research objective is to determine the factors of user behavior in the use of the Integrated Incoming Mail Information System (SISMADU) as a medium for electronic correspondence services at the Haji Regional General Hospital in East Java Province based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The population in this study is system users as many as 62 users. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS3 software. Based on data analysis, there are conclusions that can be drawn, namely the factors that significantly influence behavioral intention are found, namely performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Then, factors that significantly influence use behavior include behavioral intention and facilitating condition factors.
