Abstract
Today's information technology has become a very important part of the development of everyday life. Advances in information technology have provided many conveniences for organizations and individuals. Especially in collecting data that can be used in business, namely sales data and purchasing data. With this, it will be easier for organizations such as companies to optimize sales strategies. This is also required by PT. Al-yaubi Tour & Travel in continuing its business, which is still traditional and needs to adapt to optimize sales strategies especially in the face of post-covid. To overcome the above problems, we need a sales strategy that is effective in processing. One method that can be used is to utilize data mining. Naïve Bayes is a data mining method that can be used to generate new information or knowledge that will be used in determining good, efficient and effective marketing strategies in dealing with other business competitors and increasing sales. Naive Bayes has an algorithm called Gaussian Naive Bayes that can properly determine marketing strategies and use information technology. In its implementation, the research uses CRISP-DM as the main framework. How data is managed so that it can become usable information. The outputs generated from this study are the results of analysis with the fusion matrix and theta_ model on gaussian naive Bayes with results of accuracy of 0.76, precision of 0.79, recall of 0.78, f1-score of 0.76 and produce variables that affect the level of profit, origin, subagent, month_sales, ship, track, goals., class. With variable track results and goals. has more influence on the 'low' profit level, while profit, origin, sub-agent, month_sale, ship, class has more influence on the 'high' profit level. So that from these results obtained for variables that affect the value of 'low' can be increased compared to 'high' can be further maximized.
