The rapid development of information technology, has changed the way people look at finding and receiving information. Previously we only knew print media as a means of disseminating information, but in modern times that role has begun to be replaced by the presence of electronic media that are more efficient in terms of time, quality, and quantity of information that can be sent. the globalization of information and communication in every mass media, brings a social effect that contains changes in social values and human culture. The fading of the values of Pancasila in each individual makes this nation more easily divided. Tensions in the border areas that make the country's sovereignty began to be disrupted. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of Billiard's LA Lights Advertisement on Television. This research uses qualitative research methods using semiotics analysis and semiotic signs of matters relating to the level of reality, the level of representation and the level of ideology that is part of the Code television John Fiske. The research Data was obtained through scenes in each scene which were later analyzed using the semiotic analysis of John Fiske.
