Abstract
Nauval Farras, 1542010086, The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance (Case Study on Employees of PT. Delta Mitra Semesta, Tbk Surabaya). The purpose of this study was to 1) determine how the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance and 2) determine how the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques. The sampling technique using saturated samples with data collection in this study were employees of PT. Delta Mitra Semesta number of 100 people. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work ability variables simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Delta Mitra Semesta. Furthermore, work motivation variables partially and significantly affect the performance of employees of PT Delta Mitra Semesta. While the variable work ability partially and significantly affects the performance of PT Delta Mitra Semesta's employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Ability, Employee Performance
