Abstract
Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is a software system web-based which is used to manage academic administration in STIKes Salsabila Serang. As the operation progresses there are several problems experienced by users. This study aims to determine the level of user experience assessment SIAKAD and know the things that are a priority to improve based on user experience. Measuring tool used in this study is HEART Metrics with sub-variables Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention and Task Success. The method used is Importance Performance Analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 75 Respondents are active users of SIAKAD STIKes Salsabila Serang. Based on the results of the HEART Metrics analysis at the user experience level SIAKAD obtained very high criteria at the Level of Usability. Statement priority needs to be increased based on the results of the level of suitability and Cartesian diagram, namely user satisfaction in using SIAKAD, SIAKAD has good quality and student level users can see lecture schedule. All three statements can influence experience users in using SIAKAD STIKes Salsabila Serang.
