Abstract
The study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to continue using electronic wallet users by using the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) approach which has four constructs, namely confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance use intention which are modified with perceived security and self-efficacy as an antecedent variable of DANA users in Surabaya. DANA is one of the largest local independent e-wallet based on active users developed by PT. Espay Debit Indonesia Koe. DANA is a digital payment service with an open platform data guarantee model for both data center and data recovery. This study uses a quantitative approach with classification as explanatory research. The data obtained are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents within a period of four weeks. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method approach with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 Software. The results of this study indicate that the intention to continue using DANA's digital wallet service in Surabaya increases by considering several factors, namely confirmation, satisfaction, and self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the perceived usefulness and perceived security factors have no effect on the intention to continue using digital wallet services. User satisfaction is the most influential factor in increasing the intention to continue using digital wallet services. Perceived usefulness, confirmation, and perceived security significantly influence the satisfaction of DANA digital wallet users in Surabaya.
