Abstract
PT. Magnesium Gosari International is a company that manufactures dolomite-based magnesium fertilizers. Established on August 29, 2018 in Gresik Regency, 90 percent of the company's shares are owned by PT PPA Kapital, a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (Persero). For to get that many shares, PT PPA Kapital deposited a capital of Rp 45 billion. Meanwhile, the other 10 percent of shares, worth Rp. 5 billion, are paid by partners joint venture, PT Polowijo Gosari, a subsidiary of PT Polowijo Gosari Indonesia (Polowijo Gosari Group). PT Polowijo Gosari itself, which was established in 1978, is a factory of organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer made from dolomite. The company has 500 million tons of dolomite reserves in its concessions mine area of more than 700 hectares. The factory's current production capacity is new reach 300 thousand tons per year. Through the presence of PT Magnesium Gosari Internationally, fertilizer production will be increased to 1 million tons through 2 stages. In the first phase, a factory with a production capacity of 500 thousand tons is built, which will be completed in January 2009. Thus the total fertilizer production can be 800 thousand tons. In the second phase, another factory with the same capacity will be built and will be completed in August 2009. With the presence of a second factory, which means total capacity reaching 1.3 million tons, it is believed that the production target of 1 million tons per year can be realized.
