Abstract
ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER PERCEPTION, EXPECTATIONS AND SATISFACTION ON THE MARKET MARKET IN THE CITY OF SURABAYA Putri Karlina Dewayani1, Sudiyarto2, Setyo Parsudi3 Agribussinerss Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur Email : putrikarlina.dewayani@gmail.com ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are 1). To analyze consumer perceptions of Mracang Market Surabaya. 2). To analyze consumer expectations of Mracang Market Surabaya. 3). To analyze customer satisfaction at Mracang Market Surabaya. The research method used a questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The analytical tools used are Descriptive Analysis, IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). The results of this study are consumers have a good perception of Mracang Market Surabaya because it is more practical than other places, the types of products that are often purchased are vegetables and side dishes, the majority of consumers shop for personal needs with intensity one to three times a week. The thing that consumers hope is that Mracang Market has good product quality, good service quality, products according to advertisements, easy ordering processes and product prices according to quality. Consumers are very satisfied (CSI of 88%) with the performance of Mracang Market Surabaya. Keywords: Perception, Performance, Interests, Expectations, Satisfaction, IPA, CSI
