Abstract
In the management of BUMDes, several efforts are needed in implementing BUMDes management. In this case, it can be used as a reference in the BUMDes development process and can be used as a problem solver regarding the development of BUMDes. This study aims to determine the process of managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Kebaron Mandiri Makmur, Kebaron Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study uses 4 indicators, namely planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling efforts. Based on the results of this study regarding the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Kebaron Mandiri Makmur, Kebaron Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, it is still not optimal because each indicator of the management process has its own constraints. Therefore, the existence of obstacles in the management process can hinder the development of BUMDes Kebaron Mandiri Makmur.
