Abstract
Tutur District is a robusta coffee producing center in Pasuruan Regency. Robusta coffee supply chain management activities in Tutur District in general are very interesting for deep exploration and assessment. Robusta coffee supply chain management activities by robusta coffee farming groups have a diverse flow. In addition, it is suspected that there are variations in the scale of production in robusta coffee commodities, so it has different marketing channels in accordance with the demand and limited supply of robusta coffee. In this study, the population selected was 7 groups of robusta coffee farmers and the sample used amounted to 35 coffee farmers. This study used the purposive sampling method. Robusta coffee supply chain performance was measured using food supply chain network analysis, marketing margins, and farmer's share. Based on the results of research it is known that the condition of the robusta coffee supply chain runs smoothly, the marketing margin on robusta coffee powder has the lowest percentage of 1.9% which is more efficient than other robusta coffee variants and the highest farmer's share value obtained by the single-year farmer group with a percentage of 95%. Keywords: robusta coffee supply chain; food supply chain network, marketing margin, farmer's share.
