Abstract
The use of various applications at the Department of Communications and Information Technology of East Java Province is no stranger, in addition to the function of the application that makes the work of its users easier, the application is also useful for saving processing time that was previously done manually. The activity of making Official Travel Reports (LPD) was previously done manually, where the employee who made the 2 letters had to type manually through Ms. Word and the like. The process that is happening now is felt to take time. Based on the background of these problems, the expected result of the work is the Design of Official Travel Report Applications (LPD) in the Department of Communication and Information Technology of East Java Province. This application will later help employees who make the 2 letters to save more time and make work easier.
