Abstract

Traditional markets are the heart of the economy of the community. Current market growth is growing rapidly. Modern markets offer advantages that’s not offered by traditional markets to meet customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of services, products and facilities on customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative using primary data. The population of this study is consumers who have bought in Duduk Sampeyan’s Market. Sampling uses the unkwon population formula. Using purposive sampling. The number of samples is 100 people. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of Service Quality ( ), Products ( ) and Facilities ( ) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The results of simultaneous analysis of Service Quality variables ( ), Products ( ) and Facilities ( ) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the partial analysis of the Product variable ( ) have a significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y), Service Quality variable ( ) and Facility ( ) variable have no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Service Quality , Products, Facilities and Consumer Satisfaction.
