Perencanaa Pabrik Formaldehid Dari Metanol dan Udara dengan Proses Haldor Topsoe (Mixed Oxide Catalyst) ini di rencanakan untuk kapasitas produksi formaldehid 37% sebesar 30.000 ton/tahun. Pabrik ini di rencanakan beroperasi selama 330 hari/tahun dengan data-data sebagai berikut : Kapasitas produksi : 30.000 ton/tahun Bahan yang di gunakan : Metanol dan Udara Sistem operasi : Kontinyu Waktu operasi : 330 hari/tahun Lokasi : Kawasan Industri KIE, Bontang, Kalimantan Timur Luas tanah 2 : 16.645 m Jumlah karyawan : 155 orang Bentuk perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Struktur organisasi : Garis dan staff FCI : Rp. 241.118.892.831 WCI : Rp. 29.920.510.161 Laju pengembalian modal : 27,32 % (Sebelum Pajak) Pay out periode : 2 tahun 2 bulan BEP : 31 %
