Abstract
A work plan that has been established is used as a guide for the implementation of work at an implementation stage. Project management in working on a project is very important and is needed so that the work on a project can run smoothly according to the specified cost and time. Making an organizational structure in a project is very important in order to know the working relationship of several parties involved. The nature of the contract used in this project is a Unit Price Contract. Job evaluation is carried out once a week to detect possible errors as early as possible. The results of the evaluation and experience can be used as a reference for implementation in the field to get good results. The work of making floor plates in the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School Surabaya project is divided into 4 jobs, namely formwork installation, ironing, casting and lastly maintenance. Elevation checks are carried out during formwork installation and casting work (to check the decrease in formwork elevation when the concrete has filled the formwork). Equipment to be used for work must be in good condition and can be used to prevent data errors in the field or accidents that can be caused by damaged equipment. The reinforcement used for the floor slab is D7 - 125 mm for the x (longitudinal) and y (transverse) directions.
